Job Description
Wolf Brewery is looking to add a member to its growing packaging team. The position will entail training with the Packaging Team Leader to become fully proficient in running and managing all aspects of our packaging operations. Some Brewhouse/Cellar cross-training will also be provided, with some brewery production-related activities required from time to time.
We have a cross-training philosophy. While most members concentrate 80% of their efforts in one specific area, every team member is expected to contribute to bottling, kegging, canning, and warehouse operations on an as-needed basis.
This position requires a flexible schedule, with some months having 6am-2pm shifts, others 12-8pm. This is a full-time hourly position that will lead to a salaried position with opportunity for advancement. Experience is not necessary, but preferred. A team-first attitude, self-motivation, reliability, the ability to work on one’s feet for 8-10 hours, and a STRONG desire to grow within the company are the most important attributes a successful candidate will possess.
