An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer to join our team.
Process Engineer – Main Duties and Responsibilities:
A skilled process engineer you will combine your knowledge of process engineering and manufacturing principles to ensure the efficiency of Process and Services equipment is maximised through continuous improvement and the completion of preventative tasks to deliver site optimum performance.
As a process engineer you will effectively perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of all process equipment, maintaining detailed PPM system with the engineering planner, ensuring its compliance in a flexible and efficient manner.
You will also need a understanding of CI activity – develop ideas and action when agreed and pursue through to completion and measure effectiveness.
You will work closely with the process and the engineering maintenance team departments to deliver a quality product and all KPI`s.
The Person – Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working in an automated FMCG manufacturing environment as a Process Engineer.
You will have knowledge of Process Optimisation, with a high level understanding of continuous improvement within the engineering process.
PLC experience is essential, S7/Allen Bradley preferred.
Experience of successful project management is desirable.
