Wolf Brewery is seeking a unique individual with experience, knowledge and relationships to grow the company brands from a regional to a national level. The Vice President of Sales & Marketing must have existing relationships with distributors and chain managers and have the skill level and personality to create new ones. The successful candidate must have passion for the industry and the ability to inspire others. The position reports directly to the President/CEO and is responsible for management and oversight of all sales and marketing operations.

Job Description
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Specific duties include:
• Profit and Loss Responsibility
• Develop New Markets
• Brand Development
• Annual Sales Plan Development
• Budget Management
• Distributor Management.
• Chain Account Management.
• Promotion Management.
• Retail Sales Management.
• Hire, train, inspire and manage all sales and marketing employees.
• Establish and manage to monthly and annual objectives
• Support Company Values
• Work with management in the development of procedures, policies and budgets
• Other duties as assigned throughout the company to assist other departments as needed to accomplish organizational goals.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
• Four-year college degree preferably in a business area. An MBA in marketing or business is preferred but not required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• Five years of sales experience with two years of progressive advancement in management positions.
• Strong skills in reviewing and managing financial statements with the ability to drive the bottom line.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs, an accounting system such as Quickbooks, Peachtree, or MYOB. Able to read and manage monthly budgets and financial statements.
• Experience in hiring and training a sales team and marketing team
• Experience in a beverage related field developing brands and knowledge on how to take them to market.
• Experience, knowledge and relationships with chain buyers and managers in the Pacific Northwest and elsewhere.
• Experience, knowledge and relationships with beverage distributors in various regions of the UK.
• Marketing experience required to expand marketplace and gain customer share in a national/regional environment
• Sound technical knowledge of brewing raw materials and components
• Experience in motivating staff to achieve goals; ability to develop and manage productive relationships with staff and peers locally and remotely.
